A: We are usually able to dry structures in 3-5 days, though some jobs require more time due to the magnitude of water damage as well as what type of water is involved (sewage back up, ground water, etc.). We monitor the drying process daily and we keep our customer well aware of every step in the process and provide them with a daily update.

- Q: Do I need to pay upfront for Water Damage Restoration Services or Mold Remediation/Inspection?
A: No, once you open a claim and receive claim number we will contact the insurance company directly to verify coverage. We will bill the policy holder insurance company directly. We will notify them within 24 hours of arrival to job and communicate with the insurance adjuster or any other representative and work with them during the claim process.
